Are you a Highly Sensitive Person who is also a spiritual seeker and space-holder for others? Have you spent your life trying to understand why we are here and what your unique purpose is? Do you crave connection with like-minded others? Do you feel called to make a difference in the world, but as a sensitive person, you find your voice is not always heard?

If you’re anything like me - chances are, you feel a strong pull to make sense of your place in the world; you seek out spiritual wisdom, psychology or other forms of self-healing and transformation. I have always likened those of us who are HSP to the wounded healers of this world; our challenges in life have propelled us onto a quest for healing and transformation.

We’re more likely to ‘pause and check’ before we react or respond - we can often feel frustrated that our voices are not being heard or our sensitive nature isn’t always valued - this is often the case at school, where we may have been labelled quiet, introverted or on the end of the scale - ‘too much’. This is often met with frustration, overwhelm, or a feeling of not being understood, and we may find ourselves trying to ‘fit in’ to a system that doesn’t quite align.

I’ve discovered the importance of celebrating our unique selves and finding ways to express our authenticity. This can be incredibly hard to do alone, which is why the Highly Sensitive Hub is focused on three key areas: community, spiritual exploration (not based on any particular religion or doctrine) but, how do we make sense of this connection to something greater, something sacred? Finally, resources to educate ourselves and practical ways to feel more empowered in the world so we can step into our soul’s calling.

Do you ever...?

  • Feel alone as a highly sensitive entrepreneur or leader? It doesn’t matter if you’re working from home alone or are part of a team - those of us who are HSP and space holders for others can often feel alone, isolated or misunderstood; it’s difficult to find like-minded souls who really get us. Even as introverts - we need community and meaningful connection.

  • Feel on the verge of burnout or overwhelm? If you’re a coach, mentor or leader for others - it’s even more crucial that you create space for your own wellbeing! Unfortunately, when we’re so focused on being leaders, changemakers and healers for others, we can forget to make space and time for our own well-being. The HSHub is about giving time and space to encourage our self-care.

  • Struggle with accountability and taking action on your vision? Sometimes, we just need a little support and accountability from others to help us with our goals and intentions, to help us feel we’ve got others cheering us on.

  • Struggle to find like-minded people who are also focused on spiritual exploration? This is a safe and supportive community where you can be and express your full, authentic self and talk about those deep and meaningful topics which other people might just not be interested in!

Then the Highly Sensitive Hub is for you!

Especially if you're...

  • A Highly Sensitive Person who processes deeply and is intuitive, empathetic and highly attuned to your inner and outer environment.

  • You relate to being a spiritual seeker or being on a spiritual journey and are interested in deepening your understanding how your sensitivity relates to your psycho-spiritual journey

  • You are a space holder, coach, therapist, healer, visionary, change maker, entrepreneur, educator or leader or some form - called to make a difference in the world.

  • Searching for a community of like minded others, an opportunity to explore psycho-spiritual topics, and receive resources and tools to support you on your journey.

Online 'Community Cafe Hour'

The last Thursday of every month

A huge part of the HSH community is meeting other like-minded people and making connections within the group.

On the last Thursday of every month we will have a Community cafe Hour on zoom! This will be from 7-8pm BST/GMT. It's an opportunity to get to know everyone in the community.

You will go into break-out rooms twice for 20-25 minutes to meet a different group of people. Each month, you'll be offered suggested questions/topics to elicit deep and meaningful conversations.

These cafe hours are options but are a great way to meet each other and connect with the community.

The cafe hour is also an alternative to the community pods, which require committing to the same group for 6 months. You are also welcome to do both!

Testimonials

“After working many years as a yoga and meditation instructor along with being a clinical health coach, I began focusing specifically on working with highly sensitive people who experience anxiety. I was excited when I saw the professional training for coaching highly sensitive people, because I was already interested in holistic and integrative approaches to our health and wellbeing. This course offered me the opportunity to connect and build professional relationships with other HSP coaches, while honing my coaching skills using a transpersonal approach. It has provided me with a very practical tool box full of introspective practices I can share with my HSP clients as well as increasing my confidence in coaching. This is a great course for anyone interested in contemplative practices and learning more about the many different aspects of yourself as an individual as well as helping other HSPs do the same! ”

“I already feel a lot more confident having a clearer mental structure on the topic, knowing which tools to use for what, where I still want to work on and also some metaphors that help me value our gift of sensitivity. So thank you Jules for all this great content, this is even better than I expected and is good for me to work on myself”

“Before I discovered Highly Sensitive Humans and Jules' work I often felt alone in my experience. I knew I wanted to help other people similar to me - but I had no idea where to start! Since going through the content I've learned what tools I can use for all the different struggles that HSP face. I feel confident in holding space for others and most importantly I no longer feel alone in my experience as an HSP”

Adam

“I enjoyed this course tremendously. I learned a lot from taking this course with Jules De Vitto. It definitely is money well spent as it not only helps one in a professional way but also in personal self-development.”

Maggie Kelly - The Unstoppable HSP

“Jules is a wonderful teacher and has been supportive and available throughout. Before I joined the course I had no clear direction but now am firmly on the path to using my own innate gifts to be a coach with a focus around HS children. As someone who’s only recently learned that I’m highly sensitive and high sensation seeker (again a whole new revelation to me) having chance to connect with other people who also experience the world in this unique way has been amazing and extremely validating and will hopefully be ongoing. ”
