Who is it for?

Are you a Highly Sensitive Person? Do you long for a deeper connection to yourself, others and the world? Research tells us that 20-30% of the population are HSPs. We are born into this world with a unique set of traits that offer us depth of processing, empathy, and sensitivity to subtleties. We have great capacities and gifts to share with the world, but unfortunately, because of the fast-paced and overstimulating world we live in, many HSPs can struggle with digital overload, burnout and feel like they don’t quite belong. This event is for you if you are looking to:

  • Build meaningful connections and supportive/aligned community

  • Connect more deeply with yourself and others and nature

  • Transition from winter contraction to spring expansion

  • Overcome disconnect and isolation

  • Connect with your body

  • Resource, recharge and regulate your system

When and Where?

Sunday 16th March 2025, 1pm-4pm

Nestled in the heart of London, we'll meet at Hampstead Heath (Exact Location will be given when you've bought your ticket). Hampstead Heath offers breathtaking views, ancient woodlands, and open meadows. Known for its serene beauty and diverse wildlife, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and find a sense of peace away from the city's hustle. Join us for a mindful walk and experience its magic for yourself!

What's Included:

  • Grounding Exercise

We'll begin with a gentle grounding mindfulness exercise to come fully into our bodies, connect and arrive in the shared field together.

  • Mindful Walk

A walk through the beautiful nature of Hampstead Heath will be an opportunity to connect with each other in light-hearted, soulful conversations.

  • Sharing Circle

We'll close the afternoon with a sharing circle guided by the facilitators - there will then be time for saying goodbye to the new friends and connections that have been formed.

You will go away feeling…

  • More energised and part of a growing community

  • Empowered with a more regulated nervous system

  • Re-connected with self, others and the world around you
